The hotel has four conference rooms, each varying in size, catering from 4 to 100 guests, depending on your requirements. The largest of our function rooms is the St Leonard's Suite, which can hold up to 100 people for a sit down meal or 80 people in theatre style for a conference. We also have the Beaulieu Suite, Ringwood Suite and the Ferndown Suite which are perfect for the smaller meeting or smaller groups for private dining. They can hold between 4 people up to 40 people. Each of these four function rooms provides the perfect setting for weddings, birthdays, private parties and business entertaining.
