Head south on the M23 to the A23 then take the A27 towards Lewes. At the Falmer/University interchange take the B2123 to Rottingdean.
The hotel is straight ahead on the seafront.
The 19 well appointed bedrooms are all comfortably furnished with TV radio, tea & coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board. All rooms are 1st floor, with no lift available. The two suites, one with a four poster bed and the other with a sleigh bed, have wonderful sea views. There are 6 feature rooms with sea views and balconies and a family room.
The Windmill Suite provides conference and meeting facilities for up to 60 delegates. Weddings, private functions and celebrations can also be catered for up to 100 guests.
