Old English Inns accept cash as well as the following methods of payment:

Cancellation:
If your booking has been made on the Best Available Rate it is non-refundable or changeable, and if cancelled the full amount will be charged to the credit card details provided. All other rates can be cancelled with no charge up until 2pm the day before arrival unless stated at the time of booking. Cancellations after 2pm the day prior to arrival will be charged the first nights accommodation.

Check in/check out:
Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Earlier check-ins may be available - please deal directly with the hotel. Rooms are to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be available and may
incur a charge - please deal directly with the hotel.

Children:
Up to 2 children under the age of 16 will be accommodated free when sharing a double or twin room with 2 adults, subject to the availability of a suitable room. Children’s meals are not included and are payable on departure. Children’s menus are available and vary by hotel. A standard
charge for a child’s breakfast under 12 is £2.95, children over 12 - standard pricing applies. There are no charges for cots.

Extra Beds:
Some hotels have additional beds available. Please enquire at time of booking. An additional charge of £10 per night applies for people over the age of 16.

Single Supplements:
Where a double or twin room is booked for single occupancy a supplement of £10 will be charged additional to the single occupancy rate.

Dogs:
At the manager's discretion some hotels can accommodate dogs for an extra charge - £5 charge standard per stay not per night. Please enquire at the time of booking. All hotels accept guide dogs for the blind at no charge. No dogs except guide dogs allowed in public areas - subject to the
manager’s discretion.

Prices:
Whilst every endeavour is made to maintain our directory prices, we reserve the right to vary the rates quoted, without notice at any time. Room rates quoted include either a continental breakfast or full English breakfast and
VAT unless otherwise stated. E&OE.
PLEASE NOTE : Late Availability is room only

Special Offers :
All bookings are subject to availability and an allocation of rooms. When this allocation is reached, the hotel cannot accept any more bookings at this rate, even though the hotel may not be fully booked.

Deposits and Prepayments:
All bookings are required to be guaranteed - either by a current credit or debit card or deposit equivalent to the first night’s accommodation. In the event of non-arrival the first night’s accommodation will be charged and subsequent nights will be released. Seasonal and Special Interest breaks require a deposit at the time of booking with full payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival date require full payment at time of booking.

We reserve the right to change hotel or pub details without notice.

Data Protection
