Rates quoted are per person per package. All bookings require full pre-payment at the time of
booking. Cancellations prior to 1st November 2010 will result in a full refund of the total booking. Cancellations prior to
1st December will result in a 50% refund, with those made after 1st December resulting in a 25% refund of the total
booking. Refunds are not available after 8th December 2010. Single supplements may apply. Supplements will apply to
room upgrades. Pre-booking is required and cannot be made in conjunction with any other offer. Offer applies to new
bookings only. Christmas two-night stays valid 24/12/10 to 26/12/10, Christmas three-night stays valid 24/12/10 to
27/12/10, New Year’s Eve breaks available 30/12/10 and 31/12/10; or 31/12/10 and 01/01/11. Children’s rates
(under 16): if the children are sharing a room with parents then there is a supplement for a family room (rates vary per
hotel – please ask when booking). Children will be charged extra for meals as taken. Calls may be recorded for training
purposes. All bookings are subject to availability.
