A trio of pan-fried scallops, served on black pudding mash with a chorizo dressing and finished with rocket
Potted pulled pork*
With toasted brown bloomer bread, a dressed salad garnish, honeyed apple and mixed seeds and a red onion & port marmalade
Winter beef & rib burger*
Beef burger, stacked with chunks of slow-cooked beef rib, coated in a treacle & Bourbon glaze, with salad in a sesame-seeded bun. This is served with rosemary-salted fries, onion rings, coleslaw and a BBQ sauce
